Take one sachet as needed, allowing it to dissolve slowly in the mouth. It can be taken several times a day, even for prolonged periods, preferably after main meals and at bedtime. In cases of nocturnal reflux, it is recommended to take it before going to bed. The product is suitable for adults and children aged 6 and over, including pregnant and breastfeeding women.
